Job Description

Job Title: Business Development Specialist

Key Responsibilities

As a Business Development Specialist, you will:

  • Consulting & Analysis: Perform consulting activities such as industry, company, trend, and competitor analysis, user journey mapping, gap identification, problem quantification, idea generation, and solutioning to aid insights-driven decision-making.
  • Thought Leadership: Display thought leadership by creating Points of View (POVs) and publishing whitepapers on market-influencing factors, identifying potential opportunities for exploration.
  • Use Case Development: Build compelling use cases around ideas or capabilities.
  • Strategic Communication: Communicate assertively to senior leadership teams and clients, conveying strategic insights and proposals.
  • Solution Roadmap: Receive and act on feedback, prioritize tasks, and build roadmaps for solution implementation.
  • Engineering Support: Serve as a domain expert to support the engineering team.
  • Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy: Effectively manage and collaborate with sales, marketing, delivery, and solutions teams to prepare GTM strategies, RFPs, and proactive pitches.
  • Account Expansion: Play an active role in the radiation and expansion of accounts through solution/service offerings.

Mandatory Skills & Experience

Domain & Consulting Expertise:

  • Strong cross-functional consulting capabilities with domain experience in Healthcare and Life Sciences.
  • Proven ability to perform various consulting activities, including industry/company/trend/competitor analysis, user journey mapping, gap identification, problem quantification, idea generation, and solutioning.

Technical Acumen:
