About the Role

We're hiring a BDR / Senior BDR (35 years) to scale our US market.

We're at a strong inflection point we're seeing encouraging momentum, early wins are converting, and use cases are gaining traction. You'll build on this momentum for our existing product suite while accelerating growth of Facilio Atom, our AI layer.

We're looking for someone passionate about SaaS and AI someone who enjoys outbound, is comfortable engaging senior stakeholders, and wants to build long-term enterprise capability in a high-impact market.

What You'll Own

  • Own outbound prospecting for the US market, focused on large enterprise real estate owners and operators
  • Identify and prioritize the right accounts using defined ICPs and account-level research
  • Execute thoughtful, relevant outreach to senior stakeholders (large property owners & operators)
  • Generate high-quality meetings that convert into real sales opportunities
  • Work closely with Account Executives, Marketing, and RevOps to improve targeting, messaging, and conversion quality
  • Apply proven outbound approaches and help drive consistency and discipline in execution
  • Maintain accurate activity and pipeline data in CRM and sales tools

  • 35 years of proven success working in US SaaS markets
  • Understanding of long sales cycles and multi-stakeholder buying processes
  • Comfortable engaging senior decision-makers with clarity and confidence
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A quota-crushing mindset with a passion for cold calling and email personalization
  • Resilience to rejection and the ability to stay motivated (US lead gen demands it!)
