Key Responsibilities
1. Bidding & Proposal Management
Identify relevant jobs daily on Upwork
Send personalized, high-converting proposals
Understand client requirements and tailor responses
You might have to bid at night as well for international market
2. Profile Creation & Optimization
Create and optimize Upwork & Fiverr profiles
Improve headlines, descriptions, and portfolio
Continuously test and enhance profile performance
3. Cover Letter Writing
Draft compelling and concise cover letters
Highlight problem understanding, relevant experience, and solutions
4. Lead Generation & Outreach
Conduct cold email outreach to potential clients
Engage with prospects via LinkedIn
Maintain and manage a structured lead pipeline
5. Reporting & Performance Tracking
Track bids, responses, and meetings booked
Share weekly performance reports and insights
Compensation
