Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Trainee, located in Chennai. The role involves conducting market research to identify potential opportunities, generating and qualifying leads, building and maintaining client relationships, and assisting in formulating effective business strategies. The individual will engage with customers, support project management tasks, and ensure alignment with the organization's goals to drive growth and success.

Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in conducting Market Research to gather actionable insights.
- Excellent Communication skills to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders.
- Experience or aptitude in Lead Generation and Customer Service to build and nurture professional relationships.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment as well as independently.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and a results-driven mindset.
- Familiarity with sales tools and CRM software is a plus.
