Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Trainee based in Chennai, with flexibility for some work-from-home days. The Business Development Trainee will be responsible for identifying and generating leads, conducting market research to identify potential opportunities, and building relationships with clients and partners. Additionally, the role includes supporting customer service initiatives, preparing business presentations, and contributing to the overall growth of the organization.

- Strong Analytical Skills for problem-solving and decision-making
- Effective Communication skills to build and maintain professional relationships
- Experience in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify growth opportunities
- Customer Service skills to address client inquiries and maintain a positive relationship
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
