About the Role :
Academic Counselor is the face of SolveX Learnings for all our students & parents and will help them understand how to leverage SolveX Platform for their learning.
Roles & Responsibilities
Will have to do consultative outbound calls & follow up calls on a daily basis with prospective students & their parents
Fix appointments and conduct demo sessions on a daily basis with prospective students & their parents
Understand Customer profiles & learning problems to explain implications of ineffective learning methods and create a need for course offerings through a structured Counseling Session with the student and the parents
Handle Objections and Price Negotiation to generate Sales Revenue
Learn/ Upgrade one's own Product Knowledge, Sales Skills, and market understanding to achieve and exceed growing Sales target(s)
Desired Profile of the candidate:
Possess sound knowledge and understanding of customer (students and parents) behavior
Have good communication skills in English and the regional language with professional presentation
Comfortable working with 6 days (Sunday off) in a Fast-Paced Environment
Since the role will be currently working from home, the candidate should have broadband service and a laptop/desktop with functional audio/video plugins.
Experience - 0.5 to 1 Yrs
Stipend: 15,000/month during training
CTC: 3.6 LPA upon successful completion
In Addition to salary, there would be monthly Incentives based on Sales Performance
Preferred industry - Banking, Finance, Insurance, Customer Services Sales, Edutech, Offline/online Sales in Pharma or Education Industry
Minimum Qualification - Any Graduation
