Job Description

About the Role

We are looking for energetic and ambitious fresh graduates who want to build a career in Business Development and B2B Sales. As a Business Development Trainee, you will work directly with the Founder to learn consultative selling, client relationship management, lead generation, and business development while contributing to the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential business opportunities.
  • Build prospect databases using LinkedIn and other channels.
  • Connect with founders, business owners, and decision-makers.
  • Generate and qualify leads.
  • Schedule discovery meetings.
  • Maintain CRM and sales activity records.
  • Assist in preparing proposals and presentations.
  • Support business development initiatives and follow-ups.

Who We're Looking For

  • Recent graduate or postgraduate (any discipline).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Confident, proactive, and eager to learn.
  • Strong relationship-building ability.
  • Basic knowledge of LinkedIn and MS Office.

Compensation 

Monthly Stipend: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000
