Business Development Trainee (On-Ground Field Role, Bangalore)

Before You Apply

• This is a field-first role. Most of your week is spent on-ground at residential communities across Bangalore, with the remaining time on follow-ups, CRM, and planning.
• You must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving licence.
• Working days: 6 days a week, Tuesday to Sunday. Monday is your weekly off.

The Role

You'll start as a trainee learning the ropes of consultative selling, talking to residents, running kiosk activities, and turning curiosity into demos. Clear the two month training and you step up to Business Development Manager, with the pay and perks to match.

What You'll Do

• Interact with residents during kiosk activities, on-ground events, and society activations
• Explain Aurm Locker features, security benefits, and subscription plans
• Generate leads and schedule product demos
• Follow up with prospects via calls, WhatsApp, and in-person meetings
• Maintain daily sales reports and CRM updates, and hit your assigned targets

What We're Looking For

• Freshers or up to 1 year of experience, any degree works
• Own two-wheeler with a valid driving licence, mandatory
• Willing to travel daily to different parts of Bangalore
• Strong communication skills and a confident, people-first attitude
• Comfortable with field sales and face-to-face customer interactions
• Self-motivated, quick to learn, and hungry to grow into a BDM role
