Job Summary:We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Business Development Trainee with 6 months to 1 year of experience in sales, lead generation, or business developmentpreferably in the IT or fintech domain. The candidate will assist in expanding our client base, pitching our solutions, and supporting the end-to-end sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify potential clients through research, social platforms, and networking.
- Assist in promoting our fintech and IT solutions (mobile apps, payment gateway services, AWS cloud offerings).
- Support in preparing presentations, proposals, and product explainers.
- Maintain accurate lead records in the CRM and track follow-ups.
- Participate in client meetings, demos, and requirement discussions.
- Gain a thorough understanding of company products and industry trends.
Required Skills & Qualifications:- 6 months 1 year experience in Business Development / Inside Sales / Lead Generation (strictly).
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or any related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Understanding of IT services or fintech ecosystem (bonus).
- Ability to handle client queries confidently.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office & CRM tools.
- Strong analytical, research, and negotiation abilities.
Preferred Skills (Good to Have):- Experience in selling IT products/services or SaaS solutions.
- Exposure to B2B lead generation.
- Basic understanding of payment gateways, APIs, or cloud services.
