Job Description

Location: Kaushambi, Ghaziabad (Training Office)

Training Duration: 6 Months

Work Mode: Office (Full-time)

About the Role

We are hiring freshers who are eager to build a career in Business Development, Lead Generation, and Client Outreach. During the 6-month training, candidates will learn practical skills such as prospecting, data research, LinkedIn outreach, email communication, and sales pipeline management.

After successful completion, candidates will be promoted to Business Development Executive.

Key Responsibilities (KRA)

During Training (First 6 months):

Perform data scraping, market research, and lead generation across various industries.

Use tools like LinkedIn, Google Search, social media, and basic scraping tools to identify potential clients.

Support BD team in email outreach, cold messages, and follow-ups.

Maintain and update lead sheets and CRM data.

Assist senior BD Executives in day-to-day sales operations.

Learn presentation skills, communication skills, and client interaction basics.

Meet daily and weekly lead generation targets.

After Training (Full-time Role):

Handle complete BD cycle from prospecting to pitching.

Do professional email writing and client communication.

Schedule demos and meetings for the senior sales team.

Manage qualified leads and convert them into opportunities.

Achieve monthly BD performance targets.

Candidate Requirements

Fresher / Graduate can apply.

Basic knowledge of MS Office or Google Sheets.

Good communication skills (English)

Willingness to learn BD, sales, and lead generation tools.

Must be disciplined, punctual, and target-oriented.
