Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound B2B calls to potential clients to introduce company products/services.
- Draft and send professional B2B email campaigns for outreach and nurturing leads.
- Maintain and update the CRM/database with accurate lead and communication details.
- Follow up with prospects through calls, emails, and follow-up messages to move leads through the pipeline.
- Assist in researching and identifying potential clients, industries, and business opportunities.
- Support the marketing and business development teams in planning and executing campaigns.
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather the relevant information required by clients.
- Generate reports on outreach performance, lead conversion status, and follow-up activity.
- Represent the company professionally while building long-term business relationships.
