Role Description

This is a on-site role based in Jaipur for a Business Development Trainee. The role involves conducting market research to identify potential clients, generating new leads, and supporting business growth strategies. The Trainee will assist in client communication, maintain strong customer relationships, and provide excellent customer service. The position requires a proactive approach to analyzing market trends and identifying opportunities to drive business expansion.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to identify trends and insights
• Proficient in Communication and Customer Service with a customer-focused mindset
• Experience in Lead Generation and Market Research
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and meet deadlines
• A MBA, with Marketing/Finance, or a related field is preferred. HR candidates not considered.
• Prior experience in business development or sales is a plus
