Business Development Trainee / Associate

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru South for a Business Development Associate. The role involves identifying and generating business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving sales to achieve business growth targets. You will be responsible for prospecting, lead generation, and closing sales. Collaboration with internal teams to align client needs with Intellipaat training solutions will be a key part of your responsibilities.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of sales strategies, lead generation, and client relationship management
• Understanding of market trends in technology training (e.g., Big Data, Artificial Intelligence, Cloud Computing)
• Ability to meet sales targets and work in a goal-driven environment
• Experience with CRM tools and proficiency in Excel and data analysis
• Self-motivated with excellent time management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline is preferred
• Prior sales experience in the education technology or training industry is a plus
