Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Trainee and Marketing Trainee based in Chennai. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, identifying growth opportunities, and supporting sales initiatives. Responsibilities also include developing and implementing marketing strategies, facilitating training for team members, and supporting social media marketing campaigns. The role offers hands-on learning and opportunities to grow within the organization while making a meaningful impact on society.

Salary starting from Rs 15,000

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships effectively.
• Knowledge of Marketing and Social Media Marketing strategies.
• Experience or understanding of Sales and persuasive negotiation techniques.
• Ability to facilitate Training programs and engage with team members.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Passion for youth empowerment and societal impact is highly valued.
