About the Role

We are looking for an entrepreneurial and highly driven Business Development Lead to spearhead our growth in the AI-based automation solutions market. You will be the tip of the spear in taking our solutions to enterprise clients across [India / US].

This is a true builder role. You will start as a hands-on, individual contributor responsible for the entire sales cyclefrom prospecting to closing. As you establish the pipeline and hit revenue milestones, you will have the mandate and resources to recruit, build, and lead your own high-performing sales team.

What You Will Do
  • Own the full-cycle B2B sales process for our AI and automation solutions, targeting enterprise accounts in India and/or the US.
  • Prospect, pitch, and close new business, operating as a self-sufficient one-person team in the initial phase.
  • Act as a consultative partner to clients by identifying and articulating how AI can add tangible value to their existing legacy systems and workflows.
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, forecasting revenue accurately to the leadership team.
  • Transition into a leadership role as the pipeline grows, hiring and mentoring a team of sales executives and SDRs.
  • Collaborate closely with our technical and product teams to translate client needs into deliverable AI solutions.

What You Bring (Requirements)
  • Proven track record in B2B enterprise sales, specifically selling automation, RPA, or SaaS solutions.
  • Experience navigating complex enterprise buying cycles and closing high-value deals in the Indian and/or US markets.
  • A deeply hands-on, hunter mentality; you are comfortable picking up the phone, sending cold outreach, and managing your own pipeline without immediate administrative support.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders (CEOs, COOs, business unit heads).
  • Leadership potential and the desire to build and manage a team from the ground up.

Great to Have (Bonus Points)
  • Direct experience selling generative AI, machine learning, or cognitive automation solutions.
  • A background in business process consulting, with a sharp eye for spotting operational bottlenecks that AI can solve.
  • Existing networks and relationships with decision-makers in our target industries.
