Job Description

Role Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive client acquisition and revenue growth for our recruitment consultancy business. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and expanding the company's recruitment partnerships across industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, LinkedIn outreach, references, and market research
  • Acquire clients for permanent hiring, executive search, and staffing solutions
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with HR leaders, founders, and hiring managers
  • Understand client hiring requirements and coordinate with recruitment teams for successful closures
  • Prepare proposals, commercials, contracts, and presentations
  • Negotiate terms and close business deals
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
  • Maintain sales pipeline and client data using CRM tools such as HubSpot or Zoho CRM
  • Track market trends, competitor activity, and hiring demands
  • Represent the company at networking events and industry meetings

Required Skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities
  • Experience in B2B sales or recruitment consultancy business development
  • Understanding of recruitment lifecycle and hiring processes
  • Ability to build strategic partnerships
  • Target-oriented and self-motivated approach
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM platforms
