Business Development Specialist

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Specialist based in Purandhar. The position involves identifying opportunities to grow the company's client base, conducting market research to identify trends, and developing strategies to reach potential customers. Day-to-day tasks include building and maintaining strong client relationships, creating proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. The role requires proactive outreach to prospective clients, analyzing metrics to track growth, and ensuring the business meets its revenue and performance goals.
