Job Title: Senior Business Development Executive
Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly driven and experienced Senior Business Development Executive with 35 years of experience in B2B sales to drive business growth and expand our client base in the USA market.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end sales cycle, building strong client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. You will work closely with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients while ensuring a strong and consistent revenue pipeline.
Candidates with experience in B2B SaaS sales are highly preferred, while AEC/BIM industry experience will be considered an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including lead generation, prospecting, client engagement, and deal closure with a focus on international clients.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Manage and maintain the sales pipeline using CRM tools (such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho).
- Conduct product demonstrations, sales presentations, and client consultations.
- Collaborate with marketing, technical, and delivery teams to provide customized solutions to clients.
- Negotiate contracts and commercial terms with clients.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to identify new opportunities.
- Provide post-sale engagement and account management to ensure client satisfaction and long-term relationships.
- Represent the company in client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities.
Skills & Competencies:
- 35 years of experience in B2B sales or business development.
- Experience in B2B SaaS sales is strongly preferred.
- AEC or BIM industry experience will be an added advantage.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho.
- Strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to build relationships with senior decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of sales pipelines, revenue forecasting, and client lifecycle management.
