Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Academic Counsellor. In this role, you will provide academic support and guidance to students, helping them set educational and career goals, and develop comprehensive plans to achieve them. Key responsibilities include conducting one-on-one student counseling sessions, offering academic advising, and supporting students in their decision-making process. You will also collaborate with parents, educators, and other stakeholders to enhance the learning journey for students.

Qualifications
  • Strong skills in Student Counseling, Academic Advising, and Career Counseling
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interactions with students and parents
  • Background in Education with a clear understanding of learning methodologies and practices
  • Proficiency in guiding and mentoring students to achieve their academic and career objectives
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting while meeting deadlines and expectations
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or related field; Master's degree preferred
