We are looking for a Business Development Executive to manage the end-to-end sales cycle for influencer marketing campaigns. The role focuses on connecting with pre-qualified leads, converting them into meetings, and driving closures.
Leads, contact lists, and brand databases will be provided. The role is focused on conversion, follow-ups, and revenue generation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Connect with brand representatives and decision-makers from the provided lead database
- Initiate first-level calls and pitch influencer marketing solutions
- Understand brand requirements, budgets, and campaign objectives
- Convert initial conversations into meetings with the internal strategy team
- Coordinate with the strategy team for proposal development
- Ensure smooth communication between the brand and internal team
- Follow up consistently after proposals are shared
- Handle negotiations and objections
- Close deals and drive revenue
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to pitch and handle client conversations confidently
- Sales-driven mindset with focus on closures
- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills
- Basic understanding of digital/influencer marketing is a plus
- Prior experience in sales/business development is preferred
