We are hiring for Business Development || Deshwal Waste Management

Please find the JD below

Job locations are Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Identify and qualify potential clients across MNCs, GCCs, OEMs, ITES, BFSI, and manufacturing sectors.
  • Use platforms such as Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and company databases to build a targeted lead list.
  • Develop a pipeline for ITAD buyback, e-waste recycling, and ESG compliance projects.

2. Client Engagement & Sales

  • Pitch Deshwal s servicesIT asset buyback, data destruction, recycling, EPR, and ESG reportingto corporate procurement, facility, and sustainability teams.
  • Conduct client meetings, site visits, and presentations to showcase Deshwal s process and compliance capabilities.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and SLAs with coordination from the operations and compliance teams.
  • Negotiate and close deals aligned with monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

3. Account Management

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring repeat business and referrals.
  • Coordinate with operations and logistics for pickup scheduling, documentation, and certification delivery (CoD, CoR, Data Wiping, ESG reports).
  • Track customer satisfaction and provide post-service support.

4. Reporting & CRM

  • Update all leads, opportunities, and conversions in ERP regularly.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reportsleads generated, meetings done, conversion ratios, and revenue achieved.

5. Market & Partner Development

  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and government policy changes related to e-waste, EPR, and ESG.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong B2B sales experience (preferably in IT hardware, recycling, or sustainability domain).
  • Good understanding of compliance processes (R2v3, CPCB, ISO, ESG).
  • Negotiation, networking, and relationship management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools and digital outreach platforms.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate or Postgraduate in Business Administration / Marketing / Environmental Science / Engineering.
  • 25 years of experience in corporate or B2B sales.
  • Experience in ITAD / e-waste / IT / Logistics sector preferred.

Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Monthly lead generation & conversion targets achieved.
  • New client accounts added per quarter.
  • Total revenue booked vs. target.
  • Client retention rate.
  • Accuracy and timeliness of CRM reporting.

Compensation:

  • Fixed salary + performance-based incentives.
  • Travel allowance as per company policy.
