We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Partnerships Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing key accounts, fostering strong partner relationships, and driving lead generation. You will act as the bridge between our company and our external partners, ensuring mutual growth and seamless collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned partners. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships to ensure high retention and partner satisfaction.
- Partner Engagement: proactively engage with partners to understand their needs, resolve issues, and ensure they are fully utilizing our platform/services. Conduct regular check-ins and performance reviews.
- Lead Generation: Collaborate with partners to identify new business opportunities and drive qualified leads into the sales pipeline. Strategize with partners to increase volume and conversion.
- Onboarding & Support: Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new partners, ensuring they are trained and equipped to succeed.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure partner feedback is implemented and service delivery is seamless.
- Reporting: Track and analyze partnership metrics (leads, conversions, revenue) and report performance to the management team.
Candidate Requirements:
- Experience: 13 years of experience in partnership management, business development, or key account management.
- Skills:
- Strong background in lead generation and pipeline management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (crucial for maintaining relationships).
- Ability to negotiate and influence stakeholders.
- Attributes: A self-starter who can work cross-functionally and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
