Role Description

We are seeking a Business Development Specialist for a full-time hybrid role based in Kochi, which offers flexibility for some remote work. The primary responsibilities include generating leads, conducting market research, building client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to develop strategies, delivering exceptional customer service, and meeting sales targets while ensuring client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and experience in conducting Market Research
• Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven ability in Lead Generation and identifying business opportunities
• Strategic mindset and ability to develop business growth plans
• Proficiency in CRM tools and other business development technologies is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Prior experience in the travel or tourism industry is advantageous
