Job Description

Company: The Visuals Lab

Location: On-site Karachi

Working Hours: 9:00 PM 6:00 AM (Monday to Friday)

Role Overview:

We're looking for a Business Developer who can generate consistent sales, book and attend client meetings, and close deals. You'll be responsible for bringing in qualified leads and converting them into long-term clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate leads and close deals on Fiverr, Upwork, and Bark
  • Execute cold outreach via email, LinkedIn, and Instagram
  • Attend discovery and sales calls with clients
  • Maintain follow-ups and manage sales pipeline
  • Work closely with the project team to ensure smooth handover
Requirements:
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
  • Proven experience in sales or business development
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work with targets and close consistently
