Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Drive lead generation and business growth through LinkedIn, email campaigns, and professional networking.
  • Research industry events, potential clients, and partnership opportunities aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage and update the CRM system with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely client follow-ups and effective relationship management.
  • Prepare and maintain reports and dashboards in Excel to track leads, conversions, and performance metrics.
  • Support marketing and sales initiatives through research, outreach, and engagement.
  • Represent the company in client communications, events, and online interactions with professionalism.
  • Contribute ideas to enhance business development strategies and improve outreach effectiveness.
  • Collaborate closely with founders on business planning and execution.
  • Design and execute marketing and sales campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Coordinate with media representatives, partners, and sponsors for marketing initiatives.
  • Create content for digital, social, and offline marketing platforms.
  • Manage client engagement, relationship-building, and sales conversions.
  • Work with CEO's office directly

Basic Qualifications:

  • 03 years of experience in business development, marketing, or client engagement (fresh graduates with strong communication skills are welcome).
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, LinkedIn, and Outreach tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written English and professional communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain a high level of organization.
  • Discipline of process, collaboration practices and culture.

Knowledge & Skills:

  • Proficiency in conducting market and client research.
  • Skilled in drafting professional outreach messages and email communication.
  • Familiar with LinkedIn and lead management workflows.
  • Understanding of event research and coordination for client or industry engagement.
  • Quick to learn new skills and information, and habituated to delve in depth rather than stay at the surface
