Job Summary:
THE GLOVE is looking for energetic and self-motivated freshers who are eager to build their careers in Sales and Business Development. This is an onsite opportunity at our Nehru Place office, ideal for candidates with excellent communication skills, strong convincing abilities, and a keen interest in sales, client engagement, and business growth.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and market research
- Engage with prospective clients to understand their business needs
- Support and execute go-to-market strategies for company offerings
- Pitch products/services confidently and handle client objections
- Drive client acquisition and assist in onboarding new clients
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
- Maintain lead databases, follow-ups, and sales reports
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client communication
- Work towards achieving assigned sales targets and KPIs
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- High interest in sales and business development roles
- Self-driven, confident, and result-oriented attitude
- Willingness to work in an onsite office environment
- Basic understanding of sales concepts (training will be provided)
- Graduate in any discipline / MBA (Sales & Marketing preferred)
