Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for a Business Development Specialist. The role involves identifying and generating leads, conducting market research to identify new business opportunities, establishing relationships with prospective clients, managing existing client accounts, and delivering exceptional customer service. The role requires regular collaboration with internal teams to develop and execute strategies that drive business growth while achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

Strong Analytical and Market Research skills to identify trends, opportunities, and key data insights
Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships
Proficiency in Lead Generation and experience in developing strategies to target potential customers effectively
Ability to think strategically, manage multiple priorities, and work collaboratively in a dynamic environment
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
Proven experience in business development or sales roles is an added advantage
