About the role: 

We are looking for a Business Development Specialist who thrives at the intersection of technology and business. Whether you are an experienced professional or a motivated final-year student, this role is designed for those who can translate complex API-driven solutions into high-value business outcomes. 

You will manage the full sales lifecycle, from identifying prospects to technical discovery and final closure; ensuring our enterprise clients achieve seamless communication at scale. 

Roles & Responsibilities: 

Lead Generation & Prospecting: Research and qualify high-value enterprise prospects using CRM and data intelligence tools to build a robust sales pipeline. 

Solution Selling: Position 2Factor's suite (SMS, WhatsApp, RCS) as the solution to client pain points, focusing on our high-performance infrastructure and reliability. 

● Demos & POCs: Conduct live product demonstrations and coordinate Proof-of-Concepts (POCs) to validate performance and technical fit. 

Sales Ownership: Drive the end-to-end cycle: outreach, solution presentation, pricing negotiation, and onboarding. 

Account Expansion: Monitor client usage and identify opportunities to upsell new products or additional communication channels. 

Candidate Requirements 

Education: Bachelor's degree in any field. An MBA or postgraduate degree in Sales/Marketing is a plus. 

Skills: Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts (like API response times and server elasticity) to both business and technical stakeholders. 

● For Students/Freshers:

Students or recent graduates with a demonstrated interest in SaaS, Tech Sales, or B2B development are highly encouraged to apply for our internship to-hire track. 

Experience: Prior experience or internships in technical sales, API-based solutions, or the CPaaS industry is preferred. 

Budget - Upto 10 LPA
