Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team in Mohali. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving company growth. This is a full-time, onsite role, and only candidates currently residing in or willing to work from Mohali should apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, and meetings
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients
- Understand client requirements and present suitable solutions
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow up to close deals
- Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and conversions
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of clients
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets
Requirements
- Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or a similar role
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools
- Professional attitude and problem-solving mindset
Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates must be based in Mohali or willing to work onsite in Mohali
- Immediate or short-notice joiners preferred
