Business Development Specialist

Job Title: Business Development Manager – ATC, Audit, Real Estate & Licensing

Location: Jaipur

Experience: 4–8 Years

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager with a strong background in Accounting, Tax Compliance (ATC), and Audit services, along with exposure to Real Estate sales and Business Setup/Licensing. The ideal candidate will be client-focused and capable of driving revenue across multiple service lines.

Key Responsibilities

Generate leads and acquire clients for Accounting, Tax Compliance, and Audit services

Promote and sell Real Estate investment opportunities to HNIs and corporate clients

Drive business for Company Formation & Licensing services (Domestic/UAE preferred)

Build and maintain strong client relationships through consultative selling

Identify and execute cross-selling opportunities across service lines

Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery

Track sales pipeline, maintain MIS reports, and achieve monthly/quarterly targets

Stay updated with market trends, compliance regulations, and competitor activities

Key Requirements

4–8 years of experience in Business Development / Sales

Strong exposure to Accounting, Taxation, Audit, Real Estate, or Business Setup services

Proven track record in revenue generation and client acquisition

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Experience handling HNIs, SMEs, or corporate clients

Self-motivated with a target-driven approach

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of UAE Business Setup, VAT, and Corporate Tax (added advantage)

Existing network in Real Estate or Financial Services

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-service environment
