Role Overview

We are looking for passionate and ambitious Business Development Executives who can drive growth, build strong client relationships, and contribute to the expansion of digital marketing services. If you love conversations, numbers, confidence, and want a fast-growth career path this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and identify potential clients across industries using cold calling, LinkedIn, networking, and research.
  • Pitch SRV Media's services (Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, Branding, Social Media, Websites, and Video Production).
  • Schedule and manage client meetings with internal teams.
  • Understand client requirements and coordinate with strategy and delivery teams.
  • Maintain lead pipelines and update reports on CRM tools (Zoho CRM).
  • Assist in proposal creation, presentations, and business pitches.
  • Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships.
  • Achieve monthly targets and performance goals.

Skills & Requirements

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiation, convincing ability & confidence.
  • Understanding of digital marketing basics is an advantage (not mandatory).
  • Ability to learn quickly and handle pressure in a fast-growing environment.
  • Self-motivated, energetic, and target-driven.
  • Good command over English & Hindi.
