Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Specialist to expand our footprint in the US market. This is a hunter-oriented role focused on opening new logos and building qualified pipeline across our full services portfolio: Enterprise Solutions (ERP/CRM — SAP, Salesforce), IT Infrastructure Managed Services, and AI-Enabled Solutions.

You will own the top of the funnel — from researching target accounts and running multi-channel outbound, to qualifying opportunities and partnering with our pre-sales and technical sales teams to convert them into closed-won business. The ideal candidate combines strong outbound sales fundamentals with curiosity about enterprise IT and the discipline to operate independently in a fully remote setup.

Must Have Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3–5 years of business development, inside sales, or SDR/BDR experience in the IT Services / B2B technology space, selling into US enterprise or mid-market accounts.
  • Outbound Skills: Demonstrated track record in cold calling, cold emailing, and LinkedIn-led outbound — with quantifiable results (meetings booked, SQLs generated, pipeline created).
  • Domain Awareness: Working understanding of at least one of: ERP/CRM (SAP, Salesforce), Cloud & IT Infrastructure Managed Services, or AI / GenAI / Data & Analytics offerings — and the ability to ramp on the others.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal English communication; able to craft crisp, personalized outreach and run confident discovery calls with US executives.
  • Tools: Hands-on proficiency with CRM (Salesforce or HubSpot), sales engagement platforms (Outreach, Salesloft, Apollo, or similar), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email automation tools.
  • Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.
  • Remote Readiness: Self-starter with a dedicated home-office setup and the discipline to operate effectively in a fully remote, US-hours role.

Good to Have Skills:

  • Prior experience working with global IT services firm driving business growth in the US market.
  • Exposure to ABM platforms (6sense, Demandbase, ZoomInfo) and intent data tooling.
  • Familiarity with content creation — short-form social posts, outbound copy, or case study drafts — to support personal brand and account engagement.
  • Basic understanding of SEO/SEM, marketing analytics, or campaign reporting dashboards.
  • Relevant certifications (Salesforce Trailhead, HubSpot Sales/Inbound, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
