Role DescriptionSavoire Media is looking for a Business Development & Client Success Specialist who can drive business growth while ensuring excellent client relationships and campaign execution.
This is a full-time on-site role located in Kalyan. The selected candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client accounts, overseeing marketing deliverables, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure successful campaign performance.
The role requires someone with prior experience in a digital marketing agency or IT services company who understands client expectations, sales processes, and digital marketing execution.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & SalesIdentify and generate new business opportunities through inbound and outbound lead generation
Conduct discovery calls and meetings with prospective clients to understand their marketing goals
Present digital marketing solutions including performance marketing, lead generation, branding, and website services
Close deals and contribute toward monthly revenue targets
Build relationships with developers, real estate consultants, startups, and businesses
Client Account ManagementAct as the primary point of contact for clients and ensure smooth communication
Maintain long-term relationships with clients and ensure high levels of satisfaction
Conduct regular review meetings to discuss campaign performance and strategy
Identify opportunities for upselling or expanding marketing services within existing accounts
Project Oversight & Team CoordinationCoordinate with internal teams including performance marketers, designers, and content specialists
Oversee task execution to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and meet client expectations
Ensure smooth workflow between sales, marketing, and client servicing teams
Market Research & StrategyConduct market research to identify trends and opportunities within the real estate sector
Analyze campaign data and market insights to develop better client strategies
Stay updated with digital marketing and real estate industry trends
QualificationsStrong analytical skills to evaluate data and assess market trends effectively
Excellent communication and negotiation skills for client interaction and sales closing
Experience in lead generation, sales development, and market research
Strong customer service and relationship management abilities
Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
Familiarity with CRM tools, sales pipelines, and marketing analytics tools
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive mindset
Preferred Experience25 years experience in a digital marketing agency or IT services company
Understanding of digital marketing services such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and lead generation
Experience working with real estate clients or developers is an advantage
