Role Overview
RoyalLinks is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive growth, identify new business opportunities, and build strong relationships with clients. Candidates with relevant experience in the construction industry will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in residential and commercial construction projects
- Generate leads, conduct client meetings, and convert prospects into projects
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, architects, and channel partners
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts with clients
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitors, and pricing strategies
- Coordinate with design, planning, and execution teams to ensure smooth project handover
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Represent the company in meetings, site visits, and networking events
Eligibility & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
- 38 years of experience in business development or sales
- Construction industry experience (residential/commercial) is highly preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Good understanding of project costing, contracts, and client handling
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage
