Job Description

Job Title and Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Specialist to identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, and drive revenue growth for our ERP and tech service offerings. You'll be the face of PySquad to potential clients, understanding their needs, presenting tailored solutions, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate new business leads through research, cold calling, networking, and social media outreach.

Conduct detailed client discovery to understand business pain points and align our services accordingly.

Pitch and present services to CXOs, decision-makers, and stakeholders via meetings.

Work closely with the project and technical team to draft proposals, pricing, and implementation plans.

Prepare and deliver customised sales pitches and proposals aligned with client needs.

Stay updated on industry trends, ERP market dynamics, and competitor offerings.

Ensure smooth handover to project delivery teams and support the client onboarding as needed.

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development (IT services or ERP industry preferred).

Must have experience working with SaaS-based products/platforms.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to understand client requirements and offer tailored solutions.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and good with relationship building.
