• Serious Financial Expertise: You have in-depth knowledge of financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow), understand key business ratios, and know how to turn numbers into growth.
• Sales & Marketing Know-How: You've worked hands-on in Sales and Marketing roles and understand what it takes to attract and retain customers, drive revenue, and grow market share.
• Business Experience: Ideally, you've led or managed in a commercial environment and understand the real-world challenges business owners face.
• Coaching Interest or Experience: Whether you're an experienced coach or transitioning into this space, you're ready to guide others with clarity, confidence, and compassion.
• Growth-Oriented Values: We want someone with integrity, a positive mindset, resilience, and a strong desire to help others grow while continually investing in their own development.
