Business Development Specialist

We're looking for an Business Development – Writer Success to own a portfolio of writers, guide them through their journey, remove roadblocks, and make sure they keep creating their next hit series. This is a relationship-first, operations-driven role not a creative writing role.

What you'll do

• Be the go-to person for a community of writers
• Keep writers engaged, motivated, and progressing toward milestones
• Solve queries around contracts, payments, dashboards, and platform issues
• Guide writers through onboarding and contract signing
• Work closely with Product, Editorial, and Operations teams to resolve issues
• Track writer performance and maintain clean CRM records
• Help improve processes that create a better creator experience

What we're looking for

• Experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Community Management, Creator Partnerships, or Operations
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Strong empathy and stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable using CRM/ticketing tools and spreadsheets
• Highly organized with great follow-through
