Role:
The primary responsibility of this role is to drive business growth in the respective area by building strong relationships with Architects, Interior Designers, Builders, and Contractors, while managing and leveraging the Experience Center.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development (Primary Focus)
- Develop and expand business in the assigned territory.
- Build strong relationships with Architects, Builders, Interior Designers, and Contractors.
- Conduct regular site visits, meetings, product presentations, and demos.
- Generate and track project leads; build a strong project sales pipeline.
- Position products in upcoming residential and commercial projects.
- Attend networking events, exhibitions, and industry forums to enhance brand visibility.
- Manage and grow key accounts to ensure repeat and referral business.
Sales & Revenue Generation
- Drive monthly/quarterly sales targets (retail + project).
- Convert walk-ins and project leads into successful closures.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate, follow up, and close deals.
- Monitor footfall, lead conversion, and revenue metrics.
Experience Center Operations
- Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the Experience Center.
- Deliver premium customer experience to visitors.
- Coordinate with marketing for local campaigns and promotional activities.
- Work with operations/supply chain for timely delivery and execution.
- Share customer insights and market feedback with internal teams.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 26 years of experience in Business Development / Project Sales / Experience Center or Showroom Management.
- Strong exposure to Architects, Builders, Contractors, or Interior Designers.
- Experience in building materials, interiors, home improvement, or luxury segment preferred.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Target-driven, proactive, and highly organized.
- Good understanding of project sales cycles.
