Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales professional to drive top-of-the-funnel business development for our Software Solutions portfolio across international markets. The role focuses on outbound prospecting, market research, lead qualifications, and generating qualified sales opportunities by engaging with senior decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities
Drive top-of-the-funnel business development activities across the USA, Europe, UK, and Canada markets.
Conduct geography-based data mining and market research using platforms such as Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and AI-powered prospecting tools to identify ICP-aligned target accounts and key decision-makers.
Identify, engage, and qualify prospects through multi-channel outreach, including LinkedIn, emails, and outbound calls.
Plan and execute outbound prospecting campaigns to generate new business opportunities.
Set up qualified meetings and discover calls for sales discussions with the core sales team.
Collaborate with sales leadership, marketing, and solution teams to align outreach strategies and messaging.
Engage with key stakeholders, including MD, CEOs, VPs, and Business Heads.
Maintain, track, and update all prospect interactions, outreach activities, and meeting outcomes in the CRM system.
What skills do you have
5-7 years of experience in Inside Sales/ Business Development for software solutions, IT services, or Saas.
Strong exposure to international markets (USA, Europe, UK, Canada).
Hands-on experience with Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and AI-driven prospecting platforms.
Proven ability to generate and qualify outbound leads in a B2B sales environment.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Comfortable interacting with C-level and senior leadership stakeholders.
Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to sales performance.
