Role Description

We are seeking a Business Development Specialist for a full-time, on-site/remote role based in Bhubaneswar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, performing market research, generating and qualifying leads, cultivating client relationships, and assisting in formulating strategies to drive growth. Daily tasks include maintaining effective communication with potential clients, understanding their business needs, and aligning them with Odiware's tailored Odoo solutions. Collaboration with internal teams to deliver customer-focused strategies will also be essential.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Market Research and Lead Generation to identify new business opportunities and industry trends
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate business prospects and propose effective strategies
• Proven ability to meet targets and achieve results in a business development role
• Self-motivation and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
• Knowledge of ERP systems, preferably Odoo, is an added advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
