Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhubaneswar for a Business Development Specialist. The role involves identifying and generating leads, conducting market research, building and managing client relationships, and fostering new business opportunities. Responsibilities include understanding customer needs, crafting proposals, presenting solutions, and providing excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction and retention. Collaboration with internal teams for seamless execution of business development strategies and meeting revenue objectives will also be crucial.
