Role Description

This is an on-site contract role based in Nashik for a Business Development Specialist. The individual in this role will be responsible for lead generation, conducting market research to identify new business opportunities, building and maintaining customer relationships, and delivering outstanding customer service. The role involves collaborating with team members to strategize and implement business development initiatives to expand the company's client base.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of proven experience as a Business Development Executive in a consultancy or staffing agency.
• Strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in interpreting data to identify trends and insights
• Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members
• Experience with Lead Generation and the development of new client opportunities
• Proficiency in conducting Market Research for identifying potential markets and growth strategies
• Ability to deliver exceptional Customer Service with a client-focused approach
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is an advantage
