Designation: Business Advisor

Work Location – Ahmedabad

Timing- 9:30/10:00 AM till 6:30/ 7:00 PM

Off: Alternate Saturdays and All Sundays

About the Role

We are looking for a target-driven Business Advisor who will interact with customers via calls, chat, and email to understand their needs and convert them into sales. The role involves lead generation, upselling/cross-selling, and maintaining strong customer relationships. Ideal for candidates who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are motivated by performance-based incentives.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with their Queries/Requests through email, chat, or phone.
  • Raise Request & sales lead of the customer from CRM.
  • Generate leads and educate customers about new products & their benefits.
  • Highly target driven and eagerness to accomplish goal to be able to collect the Incentives.
  • Maintain and adhere to compliance guidelines
  • Capture sales lead, highlight and suggest an improvement
  • Adherence to the monthly sales parameters including Quality, Efficiency, and Accuracy targets.
  • Maintain adequate knowledge levels on products, processes, and systems used
  • Able to work in high energy, dynamic Pressurized environment
  • Promote strong business relationship with key accounts
  • Ensure timely delivery of service by communicating within the team
  • A positive attitude and the ability to quickly learn are a must.

Skills:

  • Must be an excellent communicator
  • Combining the ability to manage and handle challenging clients
  • 2+ years of Tele-Sales Experience
  • Bachelor's in any field or relevant courses
  • Deep understanding of the workflow and process-flow
  • Ability to cross sell and up-sell after understanding the client's requirement
  • Good Negotiation, convincing power with customer success and retention skills
