Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Hyderabad for a Business Development Specialist. Responsibilities include identifying and developing new business opportunities, generating leads, conducting market research, and building strong client relationships. The role also involves executing customer-focused strategies, coordinating with teams to deliver tailored solutions, and assisting in achieving business growth objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify business opportunities and make informed decisions
• Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain successful client relationships
• Sharp Analytical Skills to evaluate data and derive insights for business strategy and development
• Proven ability to work collaboratively and drive results in a fast-paced environment
• Relevant experience in business development, sales, or a related field
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Familiarity with event management or allied industries is an advantage
• Experience in Sponsorship Marketing
• Experience in Event Sales in Corporate Events is a must
• Have a capability and experience in pitching for 50 lakhs Plus Events
