Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in the Pune Division for a Business Development Specialist. The role involves identifying and generating potential leads, conducting detailed market research, engaging in proactive communication with potential clients, and providing an exceptional level of customer service. The specialist will collaborate with various teams to develop strategies for client acquisition, maintain relationships, and contribute to revenue generation efforts.

Qualifications

  • Excellent Communication skills to interact confidently and clearly with decision makers
  • Experience in Lead Generation and expertise in building and managing a sales pipeline is a plus
  • Proven ability in Customer Service to maintain and build rapport with clients
  • Goal-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
