Job Summary As a Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in expanding Magic Billion's global footprint by identifying new markets, building strategic relationships, and driving outreach efforts. You will be part of the Founder's Office, working closely with senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Market Research & Expansion
● Identify target geographies and sectors for Magic Billion's expansion.
● Conduct in-depth research on global labor market trends, skill shortages, and visa pathways.
● Develop data-driven market entry strategies. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
● Identify key decision-makers in potential client organizations and initiate strong business relationships.
● Conduct business outreach via email, LinkedIn, and other professional channels.
● Develop and execute client acquisition strategies across industries and regions. Business Intelligence & Reporting
● Create detailed employer profiles including company background, hiring trends, and workforce needs.
● Prepare high-quality research reports and dashboards for internal circulation, including CEO-level summaries.
● Analyze emerging market opportunities and provide timely insights.
Reporting & Performance Analysis ● Track and report key business development KPIs. ● Measure the effectiveness of outreach campaigns and analyze market penetration. ● Provide regular performance updates to the Founder's Office and key stakeholders. Requirements ● Education: Bachelor's or MBA in Business Administration, Marketing, International Trade, or a related field. ● Experience: Minimum 2 years in business development, market research, or client acquisition. ● Research & Analysis: Ability to conduct sector-specific research and analyze workforce demands. ● Outreach & Relationship Building: Proven experience in outreach and engagement via LinkedIn, email, etc. ● Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage with global clients. ● Adaptability: Willingness to work across time zones and travel as needed. ● Strategic Execution: Capability to develop and execute market entry and client engagement strategies. Preferred Qualification ● Business Tools: Proficiency in CRM systems, Salesforce, data visualization, and project management tools. ● International Exposure: Prior experience in international recruitment or global business development. ● Sales & Negotiation: Strong persuasion skills and ability to close deals with potential clients. ● Reporting Skill
