Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Panchkula for a Business Development Specialist. The role involves identifying, developing, and maintaining strong client relationships, conducting market research, analyzing opportunities, and generating leads to expand the business. Additional responsibilities include providing high-quality customer service, supporting clients through the immigration and visa application process, and ensuring their needs are met effectively. The role also encompasses collaboration with internal teams to improve services and understand evolving market demands.

Qualifications
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to evaluate markets and client needs effectively
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to build and maintain client relationships
  • Experience and ability in lead generation and conducting market research
  • Proven ability in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction
  • Proficiency with relevant software and CRM tools is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Previous experience in business development, sales, or related roles is an advantage
