Work Details:

  • Position: Business Development Specialist
  • Type: Full-Time (On-Site, Nagpur)
  • Compensation: Fixed salary + performance-based incentives) (Rs. 3,50,000/Annum + performance-based incentives)
  • Time: [9:30 AM to 6:30 PM]

What You'll Do:

  • Generate leads through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
  • Engage with prospects to understand their business needs
  • Schedule meetings with qualified prospects for our clients sales teams
  • Collaborate with internal teams to maintain a strong sales pipeline
  • Support overall business development initiatives

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Must be doing MBA in Marketing, Sales and Operations
  • Prior experience or interest in Inside Sales / Lead Generation is a plus
  • Curiosity and eagerness to learn B2B sales
  • Self-motivated and target-driven attitude
