Role: Sales Specialist (Intern)
Location: Nagpur (On-site)
Full-Time

Role Overview
We're looking for a dynamic and people-centric Sales Specialist to drive outreach, lead generation, and relationship building for FutryoAI. You'll be at the forefront of introducing our platform to colleges, universities, and other potential partners, making you a key player in shaping the future of campus recruitment in India.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and connect with key decision-makers (e.g., T&P Officers, Deans, Institutions).

Pitch FutryoAI's vision and platform to prospective clients and partners.

Lead product demos, walkthroughs, and onboarding sessions.

Design and execute outreach strategies for college onboarding and corporate partnerships.

Build and manage long-term relationships with clients and partners.

Collaborate with marketing and growth teams to align sales strategies.

Track metrics and continuously improve outreach and conversion efficiency.

Qualifications
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Strong ability to understand customer needs and tailor value propositions.

Passionate about EdTech, B2B Sales, and the future of employability in India.

Prior experience in sales, business development, or client relations is a plus.

Self-driven, proactive, and excited to work in a fast-paced startup environment.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
