Job Description

Location: On-site – Mohali

Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Business Development Specialist to drive growth by identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and converting leads into successful partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new leads through various channels (networking, cold outreach, referrals, etc.)
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
  • Understand client requirements and propose customized training solutions
  • Create and deliver impactful presentations to potential clients
  • Prepare tailored proposals, quotations, and business pitches
  • Drive the complete sales cycle—from lead generation to closure
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution

Requirements

  • Prior experience in sales/business development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong presentation and negotiation abilities
  • Proven ability in lead generation and deal closure
  • Ability to understand client needs and create customized solutions
